During my recent stay at Hotel Kohlmais, I was impressed by the culinary care that was evident in every meal. The half-board offering was abundant, showcasing a beautiful array of gourmet dishes crafted from the finest regional ingredients-a testament to Tobi Gappmaier's skills in the kitchen. Our breakfast included delightful homemade jams, a vibrant selection of fresh fruits, and locally sourced cheeses that made our mornings particularly enjoyable. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a chance to unwind in a stylish yet inviting atmosphere, complemented by views of the stunning valley. Each dish was thoughtfully presented, maintaining a focus on seasonal produce that provided both flavor and freshness.
